Enrolling at Sherman Oaks |
Three step process:
Step 1: Pick up your Open Enrollment registration forms at Sherman Oaks or at the Campbell Union School District office.
Step 2: Take Language Assessment
All students enrolling at Sherman Oaks need to take a language assessment.
This assessment determines the primary language of the child and the best placement for the student.
WHERE AND WHEN TO TAKE ASSESSMENT?
Assessment can be taken at:
Sherman Oaks Elementary
1800-C Fuitdale Ave, San Jose, CA 95128
between the hours of 8:00am - 11:00am or between the hours of 1:30pm - 2:30pm.
Sherman Oaks Elementary is the only school within the Campbell Union School District that offers a dual language immersion program, English/Spanish K-6th curriculum. Students learn all curriculum in both languages.
Step 3: ALL REGISTRATION PACKETS AND LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT RESULTS MUST BE TURNED IN AT THE CAMPBELL UNION SCHOOL DISTRCT OFFICE:
