We know as parents it can be tempting to extend vacation days and plan for vacations during the regularly scheduled school days. We ask that you refrain from doing so as this can greatly impact your child’s education. We cannot stress enough the importance of attending school daily so your child may receive the necessary instruction. We understand that unforeseen issues do arise, such as illnesses, so please do not forget to contact the office if your child will be absent at: 408-795-1140 |

The District handbook is in your parent folder in the filing cabinets. It is VERY IMPORTANT that the forms in the Parent Handbook are completed and returned promptly at the start of the school year. One form is needed per child. Extra copies of the handbook are available in the office. Please return your completed forms to the Sherman Oaks office. |

Please return your blue Emergency Contact Form to the Sherman Oaks School Office as soon as possible. This is needed in the event of an emergency and it is in your best interest for the school to have this information available immediately. This form was included in the packet of information you received in the mail. |
