Information about Confidential Student Data

Student privacy and confidentiality are top priorities for us. A recent lawsuit against the California Department of Education (CDE) regarding confidential student data is impacting all school districts across the state. We want to make you aware of this case and provide you with important information about it.

Campbell Union School District was not involved in the lawsuit and is not the subject of any of the suit’s allegations. Our District is not required to disclose any student information, nor does it intend to do so.
